This is soooo us...
After sitting with the notion that we would be designing and building a house (and realizing that it is going to take longer to sell ours than we thought), we have decided not to build after all. We are just going to sell our house and buy and existing house in South Salem when ours is under contract. We feel much better about the lessened stress with this situation. We do, however, always reserve the right to change our minds again! He he! I'll be sure and keep you posted--stay tuned!
