The family statesman...

We were visited by Eric Sanders this weekend. Eric works for the State Department in the foreign service (I'm probably not describing that quite right). I lamentingly did not take any photos while he was here (not sure how it escaped me) but we were updated on life in Serbia and heard some interesting stories about his day-to-day life. He got to experience our life with two young children which may have been scarier to him than negotiating with foreign diplomats. We really had a wonderful time and appreciate his effort in driving from Seattle to visit!
